The Future is NOW!

Good news everyone! The album releases physically tonight in the store, and at a discounted price! The price will be discounted for a week so grab them while they're hot! I'm so glad I can finally rest now. It's been one wild ride filled with stress and anxiety, but I made it through. Now that I'm done with the album, it's time to start on something new. I'm going to take a little break over the holidays, but I'll be back swinging next year. I've been writing new material for a while now and I'm planning to release a new album by the end of this summer. It's a wild departure from my current style and spans multiple genres. I'm also adding some of my more popular old songs onto the album. While I'm working on this one, I'm also going to be releasing way more Youtube videos and I might even book a couple shows. Well, that's it for now. Gotta get some rest!

Good News, Bad News?

Forgot to post this a while back, but the album has been delayed a week. The new release date is 1/13/12! This might seem like some bad news but it'll give me some extra editing and mastering time! I also have another bit of big news! The Ocean On Tap will release on the store physically this Saturday, 12/17/11! That's right! You can get a physical copy of the album almost a whole month early, at a discount price too! Fantastic!

Release Date!

Sup guys! I know you've all been looking forward to the release date announcement, so here it is! The Ocean On Tap will be released digitally through a wide range of distributors on January 6th, 2012! It will also be available through the store digitally and physically! Well, that's it! You can look forward to a couple of singles leading up to launch!

About Me

How's it going person? My name's Nelson Scott and I am Mistletoes and Warheads! If you're a lazy punk, you can also call me MW. What's there to know about me? Well, I'm based out of Rochester, New York. I play a wide variety of styles and record all my music, as of now, by myself. I started this whole MW thing around May 2011. I remember one day thinking to myself how awesome of a band name Mistletoes and Warheads was. One thing lead to another and I was soon setting up my little rag tag recording equipment and writing songs under the name MW. That's basically it!
